Apps Hosted on Google Play

Many apps listed or referenced on the Service are hosted on Google Play rather than directly on ujetu.com. When you click to view or install such an app, you will be directed to Google Play. Ujetu does not host, manage, or maintain the external app content on Google Play. Your access to and use of those apps is governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service and the app developer’s terms and privacy policy. Ujetu does not guarantee the functionality, security, or reliability of any third-party app accessible via Google Play.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." UJETU AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES. UJETU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALICIOUS CODE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UJETU AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF UJETU TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO UJETU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ujetu and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ujetu operates, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or through agreed arbitration mechanisms in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal rights to seek injunctive relief for infringement of intellectual property or confidential information.

Changes to the Service

Ujetu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time with or without notice. Ujetu shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
